• Compatibility: Best kept in species-specific tanks or with other peaceful, similarly sized brackish or marine fish that can tolerate similar water parameters. Avoid aggressive or very large tank mates.
• Special requirements: Requires a well-filtered tank with good water circulation and plenty of open swimming space. A sandy substrate is preferred. They are schooling fish, so a group of at least 6-10 individuals is recommended to reduce stress and encourage natural behavior. Can be sensitive to poor water quality.
