White Grouper
Epinephelus aeneus
Keskeiset erot: E. aeneus typically has a lighter, grayish-white body with 5-7 vertical dark bars that are more distinct than the blotches of E. marginatus. Its caudal fin is usually truncate (straight) or slightly emarginate, not rounded like the adult Dusky Grouper. The preopercle of E. aeneus is more coarsely serrated.
