Temel farklar: While very similar in appearance and often confused, the Pacific Bonito is found in the Pacific Ocean. Morphologically, Sarda chiliensis typically has more dorsal fin spines (21-24 vs. 20-23 for S. sarda) and a slightly different stripe pattern, though this can be subtle.
