• Diet: omnivore
• Saiz tangki minimum: 2000 gallons (for adult specimens)
• Keserasian: Best kept alone or with other very large, robust, and similarly sized fish. Can be territorial, especially as they mature. Not suitable for typical community aquariums.
• Keperluan khas: Requires extremely large tanks with strong filtration and excellent water quality. Mimic natural riverine environments with strong currents, large rocks, and driftwood. Provide plenty of hiding spots. Diet should be varied, including high-quality pellets, fresh fruits (e.g., watermelon, papaya), vegetables, and occasional live or frozen protein sources. Prone to stress in inadequate environments.
