• Keserasian: Best kept in species-specific tanks or with other large, peaceful, coldwater Iberian cyprinids. Avoid aggressive or fin-nipping species.
• Keperluan khas: Requires a large, well-filtered aquarium with strong water flow to mimic its natural riverine habitat. Substrate should consist of fine gravel and sand with smooth rocks and driftwood for cover. Excellent water quality is paramount. Not typically kept in home aquaria due to size and specific habitat needs.
