• Compatibility: Generally compatible with other large, semi-aggressive fish. Can be aggressive towards other tangs, especially those of similar shape or color. Best kept as the only Zebrasoma species in a tank unless it's a very large system with ample hiding spots.
• Special requirements: Requires a large tank with plenty of live rock for grazing and hiding. A well-established tank with ample algal growth is beneficial. Needs strong water flow and excellent filtration. Provide a varied diet of marine-based algae, spirulina, and high-quality herbivore pellets/flakes.
