• Compatibility: Not suitable for community tanks. Best kept in a species-specific tank or with very large, robust, and fast-moving fish that cannot be preyed upon.
• Special requirements: Requires a deep sand bed (at least 10-15 cm) for burrowing. Excellent filtration is essential due to their carnivorous diet. Provide ample hiding spots and ensure tank lid is secure as they can jump.
