• Compatibility: Can be kept with other similarly sized, peaceful to semi-aggressive fish. Avoid very small fish that can be seen as prey. Best kept in groups of 3-5 individuals.
• Special requirements: Requires a well-filtered tank with plenty of hiding spots such as caves, driftwood, and dense vegetation. Substrate should be soft sand or fine gravel to protect their delicate barbels. Dim lighting is preferred, or floating plants to diffuse light.
