• Compatibility: Generally compatible with other peaceful to semi-aggressive community fish that can tolerate similar water parameters. Best kept in groups of 5 or more of their own kind to spread out aggression and encourage natural schooling behavior.
• Special requirements: Requires a well-established aquarium with plenty of hiding places such as caves, driftwood, and dense planting. A soft substrate (sand or fine gravel) is essential as they like to dig and sift through it. Good filtration and regular water changes are crucial for maintaining water quality.
