• Compatibility: Can be kept with other robust, semi-aggressive fish. Avoid keeping with very small or timid species, or other wrasses unless the tank is very large and introduced simultaneously. Only one male per tank, or a male with multiple females in a very large system.
• Special requirements: Requires a deep sand bed (at least 4-6 inches) for burrowing at night or when startled. Plenty of live rock for hiding places and foraging opportunities. A tight-fitting lid is essential as they are known jumpers.
